Editorial Policy

Editorial policy

This policy governs how content is created, reviewed, and maintained on Essential Tools Hub. It exists to keep our advice accurate, useful and independent.

Independence

Our editorial decisions are made independently of any commercial relationship. Advertisers and affiliate partners have no influence over which tools we cover, how we rank them, or what we conclude. We do not accept payment in exchange for positive reviews or placement.

Accuracy and sourcing

We aim for every factual claim — pricing, features, specifications — to be accurate at the time of publication and verifiable. Where we cite data, studies or vendor documentation, we link to the primary source. When we make a mistake, we correct it promptly and transparently.

Expertise and review

Content is written and reviewed by people with practical experience in the relevant category. Articles that make recommendations are checked against our testing methodology before publication.

Updates and corrections

The software market moves quickly. We review and update key articles regularly and display a “last updated” date so you know how current the information is. To report an error or request an update, contact us at tomanik.dhor@gmail.com.

Use of AI

We may use AI tools to assist with research, drafting and editing, but every published recommendation is reviewed, fact-checked and approved by a human editor who is accountable for its accuracy. AI is a tool in our process — not a substitute for hands-on judgement.
