Who we are
Essential Tools Hub is an independent software-review publication that helps service businesses, agencies and the marketers behind them choose the right tools — CRMs, sales funnels, marketing automation and AI software — without wading through the hype.
We started Essential Tools Hub for a simple reason: choosing business software is harder than it should be. Vendor websites all claim to be “the best,” review sites are often thin or pay-to-play, and the real answer usually depends on details that take hours to dig out. Our job is to do that digging for you and report back honestly.
What we cover
Every guide on this site is built to answer one question well: which tool is right for someone like you, and why? We do that through hands-on testing, side-by-side comparisons, verified pricing, and plain-English explanations. We focus on:

- Sales funnels — landing pages, VSLs, lead magnets, quizzes and order bumps that convert.

We write for the industries that rely on these tools most — real estate, legal, medical and dental, home services, finance and mortgage, coaching and fitness, and e-commerce.
